Our Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisified you can return it for a store credit, exchange or refund.  Please email us at sales@mck-pet.com - we answer all emails within 24-48 hours.  Email requests on the weekends will be answered on Monday.  Holiday emails will be answered on the next business day.

We accept returns and exchanges of items in new, perfect, condition with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the original sale. Please contact us for instructions via Email us for return authorization and a label to send the items back to us. Refunds without authorization will not be accepted. 

Exchanges -  Please contact via email at sales@mck-pet.com to make arrangements.  There is a $5 label charge to send the items back to you.

International orders please note that exchanges are not available.  You may send the items back to us and once received we will refund the product charges and you will need to place a new order for the different size or color.  

Refunds have a $6.95 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund original ship costs or pay for items coming back to us.  We send a prepaid label for your convenience.  It takes about 15 business days from receipt of your return to process the refunds.

A 15% restock fee will be deducted if the product is not in salable condition (eg: tags are missing, no packaging).

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for merchandise that has any dog hair on it or has been "gently worn", or obviously used.

The most common reason for a return is the wrong size. Please be sure to measure your dog at the ribcage (chest girth), neck and back length if needed and compare the measurements to what you are ordering.  A good measurement is your dog's weight - find the size that's closest to the weight and that will most often be the size.
