All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day, 2-3 Days over the weekends. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping we will contact you either by phone or email.
- Once you press SUBMIT, the order begins processing AND we unfortunately cannot make changes or edits.
- If there's a size error or item color error on your order please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY and we will do our best to edit the order for you and correct any mistakes as they do happen. We can only edit the order if processing has not begun. If your order is in processing - we can cancel and you may place a new corrected order. PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFO BEFORE SUBMITTING!
PLEASE ALWAYS VERIFY THE SHIP TO ADDRESS! With all of the auto fill options on your phones/browsers we are experiencing a lot of SHIP TO ADDRESS errors. We are not responsible for packages that were sent to an incorrect address and NOT received as we ship to the addresses provided to us. If you see an error on the address please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY to Sales@MCK-PET.COM and we will do our best to assist.
If a package seems MIA - the first best step is to contact your local Post Office with the tracking info and they will be able to trace who your mail carrier was and where the package might have been left. You can always email us at Sales@mck-pet.com for assistance. Once we have a delivery scan it is out of our hands. The USPS rules are to try and locate the package - we cannot file a claim until 45 days from the date of purchase to insure that the package is actually lost and not just delayed in delivery.
US SHIPPING COSTS & TIMING
Shipping is just $8.00 for orders under $70 and FREE for orders over $70.
We ship most orders via the U.S. postal service. If you prefer another carrier please contact us for rates.
Most items are delivered within 3-10 business days from ship date. However, we are subject to any and all delays imposed by the USPS or any other carrier we might be using.
Express Shipping is possible within the U.S. only for an additional fee. Contact us.
We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO:
We can ship international using USPS International Economy First Class Mail or in some countries UPS/DHL are available.
Please note USPS International tracking is not very good - once it reaches the destination country we are not able to follow the package tracking history.
The small international packages are taking anywhere from 3 - 6 weeks to arrive at the destinations. And, often arrive at a central distribution center and are scanned as delivered - but not necessarily to your home.
If you receive one of these delivery notices and you have not received your package - it may take a few additional days to be delivered. Its best to immediately contact your local post office with tracking info so they can locate your item.
Also note that we are not responsible for any local VAT or duty that may be incurred.
In the event the package does not arrive - we will gladly refund the product charges.
Apologies - but we cannot refund the shipping costs as we always send out the packages and once they leave the US it is out of our control.
The shipping charges are calculated at the end of the checkout process.

You will be able to choose the most expedient way on checkout. International orders are painfully slow to deliver unless express service is selected.
